Ryan A. Baumgartner ’14, Crete, was appointed to head women’s basketball coach after serving as Interim Coach since late November. 

Jeffrey B. Beck ’14L, Lincoln, is a Safety and Risk Consultant and Trainer at the Nebraska Safety Council.

Sierra M. Jones ’14, Scottsdale, Ariz. is a regional director – southwest region for RiverFront Investment Group in Phoenix, Ariz.

Laura M. Novotny ’14L, Omaha, and Patrick Overby were married on 12/31/19.

Austine M. Sanchez ’14, Bend, Ore., is a residential education coordinator at Oregon State University-Cascades.

Kylie Garrett Taylor ’14, and her husband, Evan, Houston, Tex. Were married on November 16, 2019.

Bernard Brown ’73, Lincoln, will be inducted into the Class of 2020 Doane University Hall of Fame on March 27, 2020.

Megan O’Brien Sloup  ’15, ’17E, Lincoln, was recognized by the Boy Scouts of America and received the Elbert K. Fretwell Outstanding Educator Award.  This award is given to only 5 educators in southeast Nebraska. Megan is a vocal music instructor at Zeman Elementary School in Lincoln.

Mariah K. Ruhl ’15, Exeter, is a graphic designer/illustrator at the Nebraska Economic Development Corporation.

Kayla Baumsberger ’16 and Christopher Svoboda ’18GI, St Paul, were married on July 6, 2019.
