Yankton, S.D.,  John has been named the play-by-play announcer for the University of South Dakota – Vermillion Coyote Football and Men’s Basketball Teams. Thayer previously served 7 years as an announcer for the Women’s Basketball team.

Doniphan, Jennifer recently launched Alliant HR. Alliant HR is based in Grand Island and partners with Nebraska businesses for their talent acquisition, onboarding, project management, offer negotiation and recognition needs. The firm specializes in recruiting and retaining employees in accounting and finance, engineering, human resources and manufacturing leadership.

Nikki and her spouse, Ben, welcomed their daughter, Maelee Margaret on July 8th. She joins siblings Brynlee and Ryker. Nikki is an Instructor of Practice in Education at Doane and is working toward her Ed.D.

Trevor J. Torpin

Silver Springs, Md. Trevor earned his Doctorate of Philosophy in Physics in 2019 from Catholic University of America, located in Washington D.C. Torpin holds the position of senior professional staff at The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory.

Fremont, Seth McClain will be an assistant principal at Fremont Public Schools effective on July 1. McClain previously served as the head football coach for Fremont High School.

Lincoln, Trisha will be serving as vice principal for Lincoln Public Schools at Park Middle School effective July 1st. Trisha is married to Dustin A. Lind  ’08. Dustin is an investigator for Lincoln Police Department serving in the gangs unit. Lind is a member of Safe Streets Task Force (SSTF) and is serving in his 12th year of employment with the department.
