Mobile Food Pantry

The Mobile Food Pantry is a partnership with the Food Bank of Lincoln and is free and open to Doane students, faculty, staff and community members who are in need of hunger-relief. Pantries are held once a month on the third Tuesday from Noon - 1pm within Butler Gym at Doane. Volunteers are needed from 11am - 1pm to help unload the van and distribute food to participants.   Hunger N/A
Community Dinner

The community dinner is a partnership with the United Church of Christ and is free and open to Doane students, faculty, staff and community members who are in need of hunger-relief. Dinners are held once a month on the fourth Wednesday from 5pm - 6pm during the academic year at United Church of Christ in Crete.  Volunteers are needed from 4pm - 6pm to help cook and distribute food to participants.  Hunger N/A
Back 2 School Drive

Offers an opportunity for our campus and community to provide all Crete Elementary and Intermediate school classrooms with much-needed school supplies. Blood Drive

The Blood Drive is a partnership with the Nebraska Community Blood Bank and is opend to Doane students, faculty, staff and community members to donate blood. The event occurs twice in the fall and spring semester from 10am - 4pm at Doane University.   Health N/A
Angel Tree

The Angle Tree program is a partnership with the Salvation Army and offers the opportunity for Doane students, faculty, staff and community members to purchase a holiday gift for children and family's across Saline County. Donation collections for individual children and family gifts occur throughout the month of November and early December every academic year in the Lower Level of the Perry Campus Center at Doane University.  Community N/A
Relay For Life

Relay For Life is the signature fundraising event at Doane and is a partnership with the American Cancer Society.
