Education is one of the most important, and possibly the first, big investment of your life. Spend some time researching scholarships as they can be a big factor in financing your years at college.

Your academic scholarship amount and GPA maintenance requirements are tied to the semester you started at Doane.

Inclusive Doane Scholarship

All admitted, first-time, students who demonstrate experience advocating for diversity and equity are eligible to apply

Students must remain in good academic standing to renew this award for up to eight semesters.

Lawn Love scholarship

Current full time students, with a 3.0 GPA who are passionate about business.

Doane University Legacy Grant $1,000

Awarded to admitted applicants who have a current sibling attending the Crete campus or who have had a sibling, parent, grandparent or great-grandparent graduate from Doane University.

Eligible students receive this award.

This grant is renewable for up to eight semesters.

Travel Scholarship $1,000

Available to all juniors and seniors.

You will select your trip from a listing of approved trips during the May interterm. 

Available for up to $1,000.

The Travel Scholarship can be applied to one or two eligible trips.

The Travel Scholarship is optional, but highly encouraged.

Rocky Mountain Alumni Scholarship $1,500

Must be a student from the Rocky Mountain area in Colorado.

Specific requirements can be found on the Rocky Mountain Alumni Chapter site.

This is a one-time $1,500 award scholarship.

Hansen Fellows $1,500 per year for students starting during the 2019-20 academic year.

Admitted students are automatically eligible with a minimum 3.5 GPA.

To be considered, students should:

Renewable for up to eight semesters if the student maintains a 3.0 GPA and full-time enrollment status.

Junior College Graduate Award $14,000/year for students starting during the 2019-20 academic year.

For transfer students graduating from a two-year college.

Students must remain in good academic standing to renew this award.

Board of Trustee's Scholarship $15,000 per year for students starting during the 2019-20 academic year. Admitted students are automatically eligible with a minimum 23 ACT and 3.25 GPA.

Students who meet the nomination criteria should apply to Doane University.

Renewable for up to eight semesters if the student maintains good academic standing.
Perry Scholarship $19,000 per year for students starting during the 2019-20 academic year.

Admitted students are automatically eligible with a minimum 29 ACT and 3.5 GPA.

Students who meet the nomination criteria should apply to Doane University.

Renewable for up to eight semesters if the student maintains a 3.0 GPA and full-time enrollment status.
