Graduation - December
Graduates should arrive on the Crete campus no later than 12:15 p.m. the day of commencement. Graduation begins promptly at 1:00 p.m. and will last an hour. Graduates should leave winter coats and/or purses with family members in attendance, as there isn't secure storage available.
You may bring as many guests as you wish. The Fuhrer Fieldhouse seats 1800. Please advise your guests to arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony or earlier. Early arrival assures a better chance for a good parking place and the best seat for the ceremony. Fuhrer Fieldhouse is handicap accessible, and special seating will be offered for those in wheelchairs.

- August (and were not invited to participate in the May graduation ceremony)
Planning an event in December, in Nebraska, is difficult knowing there is the potential of snow. If the weather is severe, and roads are impassable, a decision about postponing the ceremony will be made by 7am Sunday morning and will be posted on Doane's home page.
