Technology Purchasing Service

Technology purchasing is the ability to request new technology hardware, software, or services under $5,000 to be purchased for specific reasons. A request form must be filled out for all technology purchases (hardware and software) within budget constraints. The form can be found here: http://www.doane.edu/request-new-it-service.

If you need to request any IT services with one or more of the following, use the form located here: http://www.doane.edu/it/solutions/capital-request.

  • A cost of $5,000 or greater
  • A long-term subscription agreement
  • Outsourced technology services including consultation
  • Any project requiring more than one week of design, development, and implementation

This service is available to faculty and staff. This service can be utilized via a request form, budget allowance, and equipment availability.
