Description of this Webinar:
You have likely heard the phrase “It’s not what you know, but who you know” and taken a quick pause to roll your eyes. Or, if you are like AJ, you took offense to the idea that someone with less skills or knowledge would have a chance to pass you up because of a friend in high places. Whatever your reaction might be, now more than ever businesses are relying on referrals and employee networks to grow not only their hiring, but also their customer base. So, sit back, relax at home, and let AJ help you unpack what it really means to effectively network in today’s world. Remember, if you can’t beat 'em, join 'em.

Learning Objectives of this Webinar:

  • Why networking is so easy to do that it’s also easy not to do
  • How building meaningful relationships will leave lasting impacts
  • What taking ownership of your connections can do for your career
  • Applicable tips and tricks on networking in today’s world
