This program develops graduates to become leaders in the community by focusing on ethics, communication, problem-solving, decision making, leadership, and critical thinking skills.
We are committed to teaching students how to think and make decisions by educating them through experience. Students have been able to meet business leaders from companies such as Spreetail, Hudl, US Bank, Gallup, Sherwin-Williams, Firespring, Crete Carrier, Enterprise, KidGlov, and Cabela's.

Human Resources Specialists

Compensation and Benefits Managers

Conduct programs of compensation and benefits and job analysis for employer. Evaluate job positions, determining the classification, exempt or non-exempt status, and salary.
